DGS also require submission of portfolio for screening first, so not much difference.

MCS is better as they said that they will interview all applicants and they charge $50 upon receiving application form this year.  So at least everyone has chance to interview.

St. Mary also screens applicants for interviews.

Thanks.  I have asked MCS, they said they will interview all applicants this year, of course they will screen further after interview.  Competition this year I guess will be doubled.
