What I think so... as it is a celebration for 155 years school anniversary. Check with our school then.... As I know that there will be lots of performances will be held on the whole day. (as my son will be one of the members...ha ha...)

We havn't got their schedule yet for their performance. I will get the teacher from school maybe on next week. Let you know then... nice to see you there on 28th Oct.

Check with our school as I can't remember whether is starting at 10.00am or 10.30am until 4.30pm. Check with them whether allow for public. I think you should be welcome to....

no need as they should be welcome all in public for celebrating our 155 anniversary.... welcome...(remember to take time to walk around in the school and visit all of the classroom..) As all of you are very lucky, comparing from last year, we havn't got chance to visit school until the day which been invited after interview been success, before interview or waiting result, there are no chance to visit school. Take time to have a walk.... (if SPCP is one of your dream school from your list...)See you there...

There will be no 2nd interview.  As far as I can remember we will receive final result in November.

Just checked the leaflet, result will be released by mail latest Nov 21.

Nov 21 the latest... I hope they would send out those letters earlier... Nov 20 and Nov 21 are two big days for us!  I am not sure whether I can stand high high blood pressure!

I didn't login BK last week... too upset for being rejected by SPCC   ... (just kidding)

Really stressful these days.  I'm sure that I will not get any good news on 20/11 as my son scored no point on the first round.  He is even not the elder kid at home! :cry:

Though not a top school, St. Paul Boy seems to have lots of applicants.  As far as I know, their interview started on Oct 3 and still went on on Oct 27.

Hi, thanks very much for your reply.  Feeling same re all your points said!!!  Already a no. of friends asked me to choose SPC if failed SPCC - they said in fact, many parents will pick SPC if failed SPCC but not Raimondi gar... I think I have to re-consider Paul Boys if they give my son an offer!

Meanwhile, let's hope the good luck will come (even though we didn't have luck last time - SPCC)!

Oh!  I am a lazy mom and is looking too long term.    When I wrote this, I actually had the secondary school in my mind.  

SPC is no doubt a good school, both primary and secondary section.  But in my impression (just impression, I did no research on this), SPC is not too strong in the academic side (HKCE or HKAL).  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Oh, same with my understanding (also my husband's), top schools in HK island side = QC, KC, *SPCC ma... but pls note, "top" here is just refering to academic performance (HKCEE, HKALE).

Maybe I'm outdated lu... (as some schools are running IB)

KC = Kings College
SPC = St. Paul Co-ed, I should have said SPCC...
