Yes, she needs to be able to spell because there is a writing section.
Of course you can join the exam because you are the one who pay the exam fees. This is why there are so many different kinds of training centres for the exams because all parents want to pay less for the best certificate!
However, as a parent myself, I will always ask
I want a certificate OR interest in learning english? |
