如題。21號要交表，唔知幾時先收到form，交form個centre又唔知係邊！So worried!

latest on 10 Jan you will receive the letter from edc dept. ask you go to the district centre is the one of the primary school in that distict and you need to return the form on 21/22 Jan in the centre. Every distict have one centre only. I have list on hand, please advise your disctirct. I can check for you.

我今日打電話去過教統局問過, 佢地話月中到會收到信. 封信會寫交表既中心地點及張表格既SAMPLE, 1/21-22要到centre 交表. 之前如有參加過自行收生既話要記得帶申請表既黃色存根, 要到centre填表及交表~
