My girl is on "waiting list", anyone know if it is really a "waiting list" or all those who fail will be on waiting list?  Is there still a chance when she is put on waiting list?

yes, the kindergarten can straight in to Sacred Heart - private section if they agree to forfeit the lucky draw.

there may be cases where the students switch to other schools in primary, therefore, have seats for outsiders.
