今日收到取錄信，26/11註冊，留位要550，但要再比500雜費，其實雜費要多少錢?

我剛剛都收到信啦~~~收左我個女, 不過都唔知讀唔讀好同埋學費及雜費要幾多錢一個月

I phone to school today.
There are some info. from "SJC parent club"
K1學費 每月$2800(半日), 雜費$2千幾每半年
K2&K3學費 每月$3800(全日) 雜費$3100每半年

請問唔係咁認識呢間學校，點解會 apply？有朋友介紹嗎？

我主要在 BK 上認識這間學校，此外只有1、2 個朋友提過，再沒有其他途徑了解此校更多。

大家可否分享一吓否聖若望對外的口碑如何？

我個仔巳收到取錄信, 但不知怎麼辦? 因禮賢會將在1月份面試. 而我心儀宣道幼稚園, 但宣道將在下星期開始收表, 以上3間幼稚園大家可否提供資料以助選擇? 因我個仔是大仔.
聖若望banding ,  老師, 校風, 功課如何? 非常心煩 ?

Kent & SJC 都收咗我囝囝，我仲諗緊 SJC 交唔交留位費呀！

Dear Cherly & other mammy,

SJC accepted my daugther.  I applied Kent also but no letter rec'd yet.  When did you receive it? If I still do not get it today, does it mean that my daugther failed?

Do let me know if you know more about SJC.

我都担心你講宣道小學及禮賢小學未必收佢幼稚園出來ge學生, 所以我會交留位費給聖若望,此終它都是一間好的傳統學校. 但我都覺得學費較貴, 相對宣道及禮賢比較中庸. 好煩.

你就好啦，Kent 我個女Waiting List，恭喜!! 但係我都係唔知交唔留位費，我仲諗緊比個女讀傳統學校還是國際學校，除咗SJC，耀中都收佢

My daughter also get the reply from SJC. Originally, I am also thinking of paying the reservation fee (as the interviewer already hinted to me that my girl will be successful) as SJC is one of my 1st choice.

But how come they also need us to pay the
NON-refundable miscellaneous costs to that "BEST COMPANY". I wonder if it is a way for it to earn profits as it know there should be some drop-outs after paying the deposits. This gave me a not very good impression indeed. Besides, just 2-4 days for parents' to make the final decision as the registration deadline is on 26/11!!!! For us who still choosing between SJC & other kinders will most likely opt to pay the registration fee 1st.

Because of all these,  I have a bit of hesitation to choose SJC now.

totally agree!!!  SJC WAS my 1st choice also but the way they handle registration really turns me off... i am thinking between SJC and Stafford, what's your opinion on both??

The day of interveiw.  The campus is also not opened for us.

My son also got a seat from SJC. This school was my top of the list but after interview, it turned me down a bit.

After the interview, they arranged a shuttle bus to the kinder section. What I expected is should have some teachers to give us some introdutory/visit of the school. Than I just waited at the garden when I arrived, but i waited for long time and suddenly some teachers approach me and said "this is the last shuttle bus back to MTR, will u take a ride?"... i feel so suprised coz there're lots of queations in my mind...

Than i just graped the time asking them what's the curriculum they held? The teacher said "um... we''ll have snack time, story telling, phonics..... than already the end of the school".... i said "is it all are conducted in eng? she said "yes"..than i said is it they all are the native english speaker ??? she said "um... those local teachers will speak in english as well"

after that, i'm so hestiate about should i send my son there?

My son also interviewed at SC, but the 師資 there seems better.... but it's a large class..... and i still dunno will my son get an offer or not....

any mom can share more about this school?
