My guess for your case is:
大女 = 5分
天主教 = 5分
Match Age Group = 10分

Total: 20分

In order to get 25分 in first round, you need to be their staff, or the parents are graduated from this school, or she is not the first kid in the family and with sister studying in this school before.

My understanding is first round does not count residential district.

If I am wrong, please kindly correct me.

If the applicant has any brother/sister who is currently studying in the primary schoool, he/she must be allocated a seat in the first round lucky draw.
