Do you mean SPCS?   SPCS use electronic means to distribute school notices.  Besides, each student is provided with an IPAD free of charge and they do use electronic equipment in classroom.  Moreover, teachers use electronic platform to distribute homework and communicate with students.

Sorry, I should supplement that this is based on my knowledge for SPCS secondary section.  I am not sure about the use of technology in primary section. Nonetheless I won't be concerned with a bit "traditional" culture in primary school if it is really the case.  My daughter is now in SPCS Secondary Section.  Those girls promoted from SPCS Primary Sections that I know are presentable, hardworking and friendly.

中學部功課唔算多，測考要求頗高。

要求學生自律和獨立，但信任學生，自由度高。

以上是個人體會，可能人人不同。
