the score requirement for citizen is higher than International student. if u want to get into law, i rmb it requires 42/43 for USyd, econ and commerce related need 36-38

If you are studying medicine related course , u need to take that UMAT, it’s not related to if you have HSC , IB or Alevel qualification .
