報名須知
1.學生出生證明書副本，如果該生為非本港居民，須同時提交旅遊證件或護照副本（包括上列入境印鑑之副本）；
2.最近兩次成績表副本；
3.長型回郵信封三個（三個信封須分別貼上＄2郵票，並寫上申請學生姓名地址。回郵信封尺寸約為：4" x 9"）；
4.報名費港幣八十元（可親身交現金或劃線支票至校務處，或郵寄以上文件附劃線支票，抬頭：「啟思小學」。請於支票背面寫上學生姓名及聯絡電話，報名費概不發還。）

申請注意事項

1)    小五及小六不接受插班申請。

2) 有關小二至小四插班申請，請致電本校查詢，亦可先寄學生之資料(如出世紙副本、成績單等)及聯絡電話來校，若有學額會與家長聯絡。

3) 2020-2021年度小學的學費為全年$49,800，分十個月繳付，即每月$4,980元。另外每學期均需繳交聯課活動費。

4) 本校的老師均為大學畢業，並有師資訓練者。

5) 2020 - 2021年度小一學位已額滿。

6) 學生如欲申請2021 - 2022年度小一學位，請於2020年7月15日至9月4日期間於本校網頁下載報名表(上方位置)，並請用A4 size 的白紙列印及詳閱報名手續，填寫該報名表，於: 

9月3日、4日上午9:00-下午1:00 或 下午2:00-5:00

9月5日上午9:00-下午1:00 

交回本校，交表時需繳交報名費$50(請注意，本校只收現金及不接受大額找贖)，請勿郵寄報名表，因為本校需要替申請人檢查所交資料是否齊全。

7) 如家長未能下載報名表。請於7月15日至9月5日期間

逄星期一至五上午9:00 - 下午4:00，星期六上午9:00 - 中午12:00親臨本校領取報名表，過了時限，本校將不再派發報名表，敬請留意。

2. 報名須知

(一) 投考小學一年級學生，入學時年齡須滿五歲八個月及參加面試。

(二) 郵寄繳交報名表請附上出生證明書副本及原校K2成績表副本，並附上4吋X9吋橫口長信封五個(須填上回郵地址及貼上3.7元郵票)

Medium of instruction in LMC 本校教學語言：

English is used as the medium of instruction for teaching all subjects, except Chinese Language which is conducted in Putonghua in all the levels. 除中文科外，所有科目均以英語授課。華語學生及非華語學生之中文科則以普通話授課。

1.The admission arrangement is subject to change depending on the epidemic situation. Candidates may need to submit videos and kindergarten documents if interviews cannot take place.
