應該只知道學生是不是 EMI capable.......i.e. top 40%

所以，如果不是 EMI capable, 一定不是 band one 生。

記得朋友曾講過，中學收到學生名單時，有各派位組別學生人數，同多少學生符合EMI條件。

還記得初為父母時，對孩子的期望嗎？我當時只想他/她平平安安，健健康康。
隨著時光飛逝，人的期望慢慢變了，變得越來越有要求。所以要經常提醒自己：毋忘初心！

oh...教會飯聚中，坐係我對面的業內人士話佢只係見過 EMI capable %......(可能因為佢只係主任....太低級)

EMI capable 是由 EDB 提供？

The study revealed that at that time about 32% to 40% of S1 students in Hong Kong were able to learn through English in most of the subjects. Having carefully studied the comments received, the EC Working Group adopted a more lenient approach in proposing the threshold of "EMI-capable" in 2005, having regard to the actual circumstances in Hong Kong, and decided that the "top 40% students" were assessed to be capable to learn through English.
