我個人經驗，不少人在投行捱不過兩年，朋友講是新人，捱過兩三年只有20％存活率。彈投行經驗，是借投行的光環而已。

我同意創業精神培養不易，自己不懂，但不要處處抹殺小朋友的想法，如果風險太大，scale 到一個大家可接受範圍內試試看，始終在成功及失敗之中有得著！
