中學學位分配辦法分為「自行分配學位」和「統一派位」兩個階段, 大部份學校的數據都是包括「自行」和「統一」的百分比, 這些資料主要是反映該校P.6全體學生所屬組別的百分比,"冇誤導,唔係作"

有九十幾 %〝 派去band1 〞可見不是單靠運氣, 而是靠實力.

學生被直資中學收取了是不可以參加升中派位, 每間學校當然要計算在內, 大拔唔計〝 派去band1 〞計在邊度, 鬼叫人哋D學生叻考到BAND ONE 直資中吧!

There's quite lot of arguments here about whether the results of secondary allocation, can I clarify that:

1. All Primary will have the defined percentage of students to each band of school according to the result of Academic Apptitude Results of the schools in 97/98, 98/99, 99/2000.  This is only applicable for 統一派位.   

2. For 自行分配學位, it is the decision of the Secondary School to accept students.

So for example, if SFA has 100 P.6 students, there is 10 students get admission to band 1 in 自行分配學位 stage, and remaining 90 students can still have 80% (just for example) can admit to band 1 in the central allocation.  Then there will be 82 student can admit to band 1 school, which is more than 80%.

If it is the case, then the admission rate to band 1 school will be subject to 自行分配學位.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Let me make it clearly, for example, let SFA has 100 p.6 students, 82 are band1 students there. Assume 10 students got admission in first stage. To simply it, assume 8 band1 students and 2 band2 students were success in first round. In lucky draw period, all students need fill the form (include 10 students who got admission in自行分配學位 stage). When the lucky draw procedure start, 76 band1 students selected school first (82-8), then the remained 16 band2 students.

We must know that the % of band1 students is almost fix, each year, the Education department will have a little adjustment to each school, it may be depend on some factors. For example, the band1 % in SFA was 80.2% last year, compare to year 2003, which was 75.6%, had a great improve.  

The percentage of band1 students is 33% in each net. The percentage of EMI schools in Kowloon City is 33%, and is 25% in ShamSiuPao. The % of students got admission to EMI school was more than 90% in SFA and APS, so you can find that how successful in these private school.

I don't really understand what's your intention of making so much criticism and attack to others while you are making no point or any valid proof at all.  If you don't like others' opinions or comments, please give you reason instead.  Although I am new in this forum, I can see the climate here is good and most of the parents are helpful and willing to share their views with others.

因為人地唔高興有學校好過佢嗎,大把學校 派去九華,所以就話深水步地區英中好過百年名校囉???? SFA係一間「深水步區」名小學,佢地d家長周維同人講SFA系一間(所為)英文小學?唔知占英文呢
