Marymount is no doubt better than St. Paul's (Happy Valley).  Better academic result and whole day school and English school.
I heard some people saying that students at St. Paul's Happy Valley 乖D, but it is irrelevant as 品格都係家庭教育重要D.  Marymount students I know are also very well-behaved.
St. Paul's Happy Valley 仲好似alternate Sat 要返學.

hi, 好難講, 睇你自己需要d乜, 好似我咁, 我自已住個區, 我幫個女就揀左聖保祿(跑馬地), 我冇諗過瑪利曼, 因為我成日見到marymount好多學生, 尤其中學部,  好多appearance好囂張, 俗d講就係好"寸".
而我本身有位朋友, 佢自己本身之前係瑪利曼中學預科畢業, 佢就話唔鐘意係個度學校讀書, 7年中學時間好唔開心, 佢自己本身小學係讀聖保祿(跑馬地), 因為佢媽咪鐘意佢讀marymount, 所以中學就幫佢揀左, 可能佢細個時本身家境唔係好好, 據佢口中, 佢話呢間學校d學生鬥家境, 鬥名牌好緊要, 而中學老師也十分看你的家境, 如果你不是什麼高尚住宅, 而是租樓, 住公屋, 入到去一定會被人睇死......而中五會考, 好多人都無去考, 個個直接係外地升學, 所以佢預科的原校生係好少, 好多係來自其他女校的學生, 例如St paul, 庇利羅士......, 而我再多問一句關於她的學校, 她只回應"不值一談".

PS: 我想補充, 最緊要你想要乜野, 如果你想個女英文好outstanding, 讀全日制, 就揀marymount. 如果你唔係好大想頭, 只要個女唔係太差, 亦唔需要成日擔心佢係學校的情況, 佢既行為, 就揀st. paul.

家陣好煩惱,兩間都係好學校有佢既好處,講品行好似St Paul
好D,但就返半日中文小學,瑪利曼係全日既英文小學,但又真係聽到好多人話比較得好緊要,其實問人就個個都話瑪利曼,不過我就覺得聖保祿純d好d

are you sure? or you've just heard from rumours? and what era are you? i was from 80s (secondary school). i am from kowloon side and interacted with a lot of kowloon schools during interschool activities. I did know some close maryknoll friends, not all who promoted from maryknoll primary were from rich families.... despite most from kowloon tong, there're also from kwun tong, kowloon bay,  tai hang estate, sham shui po,  tai kok tsui, sha tin etc.... they're also 普通人家..but they have one thing in common, they're quite smart (at least to me-- i consider those getting more than say 4 As in HKCEE quite smart). Of course, they now have improved their financial status by working as professional! can't say rich as billionaire but more than enough la!

Marymount? I am not too familiar, but i know a top Marymount F.5 graduate chose to study A-levels in Maryknoll.
and i know a marymount friend who is a 高官's daughter.

I don't think these are relevant questions in an interview to choose students!  But these things happened 30 years ago and I think that it is not like this anymore.

Of course not ALL students in Maryknoll were rich, but I think most of them were in my old days.  
And if compare Maryknoll and Marymount, I do think that Maryknoll is better than Marymount.  But there is no point travelling long way to Maryknoll if one lives in Wanchai. :

返St. Paul's 由於係一年下午,一年上午, 安排課外活動就年年要更改時間,麻煩D.
至於你聽到好多人話瑪利曼比較得好緊要,就睇返你屋企環境啦!其實如果自己都係中等家庭,小朋友都不會有bad feeling.
我細個就真係有D唔開心,因為我住公屋,屋企負擔唔起買Hello Kitty, Melody 文具俾我,眼見其他同學幾靚
