any suggestion?!

My son had a violin teacher since 3.5 years old, and she was all along very good and responsible. Recently, I've moved our house and in the last lesson, she said she would rearrange a new schedule for me and would contact me later. However, I had waited for her for 2 weeks already since I moved but still got no massage from her, So I called her several time but all the calls were redirect to voicemail. At that time we were so worry about her whether she had any accidents or not. But when I tried to use another phone to call her (a new tel. no.), I was so shock that she had answer the phone call!!! Actually I did not say anything to her and just cut the line.
Should I need to call her again and ask her the reason for "no show"? Should I wait for her call? Should I need to find another teacher for my son??? (Actually my son had ask me whether it is his fault that the teacher did not want to come to teach him again.)
