My baby's timetable:

09:00 wake up + milk
13:00 lunch
14:00 nap -
16:00 wake up + milk
19:00 dinner
22:00 milk + sleep

She is going to am K1 soon.  She has to wake up at 07:00 in order to make it at school at 08:30 (15mins drive w/o traffic, 30-45mins w/ traffic)

Or shall I change her to pm? which start from 12:30-15:30, but it is her nap time now!!!!:sleep beauty:

Chnage her nap time and push everything forward.
Cut the nap time for start 1:30 hrs then down to 1 hr, dinner at 6pm. Let her go to bed at 9pm.  It's better to adjust her nap time to 1hr only and go to bed at 8:30 pm and wake up at 7am.

I think you can try to wake her up a bit earlier 8:30am.. by 30 min day by day, then you'll see she will take nap earlier .. however it is also better to let her sleep earlier.. ie. 9pm so that she has energy to stay up at school in K1.

Yes, I did the 30mins thing earlier in her life.  I think I am gonna work with that.  
The thing is: my hubby doesn't come home until 19:00 most of time. So our family dinner is 19:00/19:30 right now!! I could put her to bed at 20:30, right after dinner. She will miss her favour milk before bed, then wake up at 2am asking for milk!!!
