This is my understanding of their business model, you are REJECTED or you are either case from below:
born before aug 2012 --> 14PN offer OR 15K1 offer after workshop
born between aug to oct 2012 --> 15K1 offer after $6000!! playgroup (no guarantee)
born after oct 2012 --> 15 special K (i.e. 15PN) OR 15K1 offer after $6000!! playgroup (no guarantee)
self declare: my kid is case 2 and we got PN offer from another kindergarten.
we are not comfortable to spend $6000 to buy that 15K1 offer. but honestly we like their product, we may spend $30 again to re-apply 15K1 in next year.
Forgive my blunt. Take it or leave it!
