有時根本不用透過成績表來看出他們的學業成績, 他們日常看哪些書, 解難和表達能力，在班上的組別, 家長會見到小孩是否有進步

ESF 學費只會越來越貴, 入讀要考慮清楚自己的負擔能力。

转换环境的孩子最难学的是:creativity & how to think hard.  这点是必需很有空间感的孩子才能体会的，其他的做好基本training 就水到渠成了，待year 9, year 10, 见到师兄师姐系傻呼呼的甘去左Oxbridge, ivy leagues, 她的斗心就会很自然浮现的，　

每个孩子的特质不一样，如果令爱是天生的快活自由人，就帮她努力保存，发挥最大的正面实力．有些孩子拥有极非凡的本质，　然父母总觉还差那＇一点点＇，于是努力的放大弱项，　忽视强项，　最终孩子便成了＇小时了了，　大未必佳＇一族，很可惜呢！

仔仔由p1至p3都讀唔係好好評嘅九龍 FUNFUL SEAR ROGERS, 幾開心, 無壓力 6000 左右, 又唔算好貴. 起碼佢有幾次同我講 : 原來返學都幾開心, 我就覺得值咯. 好多時唔係講間學校, 係關班老師事. 起碼我自己中小學無一日返學係覺得開心, 雖然一直都係讀所謂名校.

唔敢講貴嘅國際學校一定好, 但平嘅國際學校一定要三思, 羊毛出在羊身上, 點解會收得平? 若冇雜費,  5K - 6K 小學算係平.

每個家長心中嘅"國際學校"定義都唔同, 有啲家長希望有唔同國家同學仔一齊, 有啲家長希望行"國際學校"課程, 間接希望仔女開心學習, 再間接希望家長自己冇咁辛苦睇功課, 有啲又希望仔女英文好啲, 但轉頭又話中文唔夠, 又俾錢惡補中文, 不過, 個人認為最好理由係 train up "Creativity / Think out of the box / Presentation // Making sense ". 只有此四項tools, 仔女先會終身受用.

No offence, but if you are tight on budget, don't go to IS route. The rise in fees in future could well exceed your budget. The cheapest route ESF, will no longer can subsidy,and god knows how ESF will evolve in the next 10-15 years. It could well become an expensive one. Look at DC, it is forecasting 2017-2018 secondary school fees of over $166k!!

Also, IB teachers could like our milk powder be snatched up by wealthy PRC schools, and the cost could rise like rockets.

And your income is in HKD, so how it will match up with the fees and cost for tertiary years some 15+ years later,you never know.

You need to have a really big buffer, if you choose this route, there is no going back (while from LS to IS is relatively an easier route)

agree 100%.  If your budget is a very key concern, really should not choose international school.  The fees can only increase and will not stay at same level.  Can consider local DSS schools or private ones which have IB secondary curriculum.  Or, choose an English medium local school (if your concern is having better English capability).

funful sear rogers in kowloon tong lor 6000+ and plug in tutorial lor . you need tutorial most likely. ccs in boundary street, not intl but ib, also around 7-8000.

Yes. Can't agree more. No point to go for IS if it affects your current living standard. IS is not equal to 100% good.

是的，讀國際學校要預鬆D錢。十居其九係會越讀越貴！
Update 吓大家，Think International School 小學部已由$75000 加到$80000 一年。

IS 每年學費升幅由幾千到幾萬、不是一般中產可以負擔得起。

但要考local 英小一樣難、間間都3， 4千人報考。表面是活動教學、實際是傳統到不得了，家長最好睇清楚,對學校了解多些。
