有set書叫'我會自己讀'，好淺易，買黎試下，我女呢系列書大部分可自己睇。k3

無話通常到幾時可以獨立睇，主要看小朋友幾時開始接觸中文和接觸得有幾多。

識中文字唔多自然好難一下子要佢自己睇，最緊要佢肯睇，要你讀都唔緊要，慢慢佢認多左字就會唔洗你讀，但唔好預佢ｄ字睇一兩次就認得，佢地可以到下一段已經忘記了上一段學的生字。不要令佢覺得看中文書是功課，我會將之當做親子時間或獎勵（i.e. 媽咪講故事時間），比ｄ耐性過幾個月會見成效。

It's good that he asks you to read for him. Keep reading to him. One day he will read himself.

Why the hurry? I thought these bridging books are for P1 to P3 and even for Taiwan students, even if they can read it themselves in P1, it is because of zhuyin symbols?

But do P1 students really read bridging books by themselves? That seems a very high standard

Yanamami My younger one is fine. She has no problem in comprehension but composition still needs some work...she could read by herself in P1 too. 發表於 13-4-29 22:54

基本的橋樑書適讀年齡是6至10歲，字數大約2千至2萬字，所以也不用奇怪小一生已可以自己看部份的橋樑書。當然，這個適讀年齡並不可應用於遲起步學中文（譬如回流後才開始接觸中文）的小朋友。

我女都係小一，佢都唔鍾意自我睇書，但中文唔差，主要係佢享受媽媽講故事。我覺得無問題，唔洗迫佢自己睇，一齊睇都係增進親子關係。

我大仔小一，讀橋樑書津津有味，但都會喜歡聽我讀故事。我想..現階段，閱讀興趣比起閱讀能力更為重要，只要是有趣的故事，不論中/英文佢都喜歡睇

橋樑書係幫小朋友由繪本過渡去純文字書，通常是字大大，有啲圖畫，題材貼近小朋友生活的。有套叫「閱讀123」，幾好架。

我嗰兩個都係鍾意睇英文書多過中文，唯有逐步嚟。開始時我講晒，慢慢就一人一個 chapter 輪流讀，再下一步就要自己讀晒。大嗰個我依家規定要一中一英一知識書\fact book 輪住讀。要趁細個養成習慣，大啲管唔到喇。

小一生又可以睇下小一故事書，都好有趣，好有共鳴。圖書館有：「一年一班，天兵天將」、「君偉上小學：1年級鮮事多」

呢啲比較厚，啱一人一課輪流讀

LOL, we did the exact same thing! We take turns to read 君偉上小學：1年級鮮事多. Finished it and then I went out and bought 二年級. Haven't started it though since there are too many books in the Chinese book queue

Thank you, haven't heard of this series before and will check it out. Do you have other recommendations of Chinese books with 好文筆? I have only been able to find 香港兒童文學名家選 and am looking for other books that have similar quality.

我自己中文都唔係好叻，唔識評論好定唔好，反正我心態都唔係諗住用閱讀黎學好中文英文。內容o岩，用字唔太口語/粗俗我就算啦xd
