Good Playgroup in HK side

My cousin (20mths) is looking for good playgroup in HK side? Any good suggestion? Prefer small group (1:4 or 6) and with native English teacher too.

This one is good. They have different levels and this is my baby boy's third course to join. I am quite surprise that basic phonics will be covered in this class and my boy seems enjoy it.
