對大B來說問題不是太難。但競爭那麼激烈，大家還是以平常心看待吧!

This may be a good time to raise this question : if cckg accepts your kid but your kid can't succeed in going to DG  or DB at the end, then is it still a good thing to choose cckg, coz cckg graduates don't seem to have a distinct edge over other reputable kinda graduates in going to other first tier local schools, nor leading international schools either.

agreed; esp I heard the primary school entry distribution changed for their 2013 graduates this year...?

要帶pn成績表副本, 老師會收起pn成績表副本.
另外記得要帶出世紙正本.
我當日見有家長只帶左出世紙副本, 老師唔俾佢地進校interview, 一定要家長返屋企攞....

我有帶手冊, 但老師完全無睇. 所以應該唔帶都無問題.

Not true 60% of the 42 boys got in DBS this yr.

Every year around this time people will spread negative rumors about CCKG and try to make other parents not to go to interview. So thats their kids have better chance.

I apologize if I give that impression to you. Perhaps I should wait until the last interview date of this Sat. But even if I ask after this Sat, it can also be said that I spread rumours to deter successful kids from taking offers. And if I ask that after the deadline for accepting offer, it can then be said that I spread remours in order that competitors wouldn't be applying in the coming year. So, conspriacy theory seems always work. But what I don't understand why saying "not having distinct edge" is spreading rumours. I chose "distinct edge" consciously. Other parents would quote figures and why can't one accept that even for first tier school, not all graduates are top one. Choosing CCKG needs to give up kids' own K1, by which we have to give up the chance of going to their associated primary schools. Not all kids are so fortunate in going to DG or DB at the end, so why can't it be a legitimate concern to ask what happen to those who can't succeed in going to DG or DB?!

in fact you have very valid reasons to hesitate.  

i do plan to try CCKG too... but want to know which schools like to take CCKG students if they are not fortunate enough to get into DB &DG

My two friends' kids were not be accepted by DB last year.  One to Wong Kam Fai and another to a not famous primary school (I forgot the school name).  They applied several primary school but most of them fall in the waiting list.

Yeah my son has a good k1 now and I would blame myself if we changed him at k2 and he didn't get into a more promising (?) primary, and gave up on the current school...I am trying not to get into the dilemma yet becuz cckg is like a lucky draw!
