Re: ++有無方法入喇沙小學++
This is one of the most ridiculous post I have ever seen.
The scene of parents saying in the newspapers (with their photos!) how they would borrow other people's address to apply to La Salle/MCS is disgusting enough [If I were the principal, I would remember what the parent looks like and expel the kid even if he gets admitted - with parents like that I would not expect them to be able to teach their kids properly].
But to ask for ways "that are not normal/proper" to get in is just a bit much.
BTW - To get an old boy to adopt your kid may not be good enough because that only gets you 10 points. You should become a Catholic too and get your kid to become one! [but if you are not a Catholic already, it takes time to become one!].
The best way to get in, if your kid is good enough, is to go to whatever primary school that you kid gets allocated to, teach him well, let him come first, and then transfer. If he is good enough, all the best schools will beg him to study there. If he is not good enough, he won't make it anyway.
BTW do you really think that the label of a traditional "famous school" still carries weight in the eyes of employers or Universities? The sad fact is that standards have been so diluted by the central allocation system that a lot of so-called traditional famous schools are moaning about the difficulties in maintaining standards. A lot of graduates from "traditional" elite schools that I know do not send their kids back for this reason. They all go to private or DSS schools. |
