KCC received just below 8 students in Band 2 said by the Principal in the Talk in previous year (not sure which year). But these 8 students were having special talents.
In my opinion, these 8 students could help the school getting the Medal/Prize, etc, so the Principal could let them to join in, otherwise no any other excuse to reject the Band 1 students came from 2nd stages(抽返來).
