Do many APS students really obtain G8 for instruments other than piano before P.6?

As DGS become DSS, would they admit many APS music elites other than 1 or 2 places each year?

I do not have the information as my daughter is only studying P1. I know that even if a student does not have the talents, he or she can reach G8 with regular practices.

My daughter was asked to practice cello daily before doing homework and studying.  With such requirement of practising musical instruments, it is highly feasible that students can get to G8 before graduation.

I hope that DGS will admit more APSKT students. The change of DGS was recently announced, and so I do not know the impact yet.
