My guess is about 600.  The applicants shown up on last Saturday's Skill Test were of no. ranged from A10XX to A16XX

收據no.應該作唔到準,因為receipt是一本,物收據應該都係出完一本才一本,我聽有媽咪講(唔知信唔信得過?)第1輪shortlist係2百幾3百份喎?係聽聞,實則我都唔知,只得1日interview,我諗唔會幾百個卦?點in呀?(都係估吓!)

嘩!唔係化?點in呀?得1日?佢放幾多位呀?又係聽返來!(唔好意思,全部都係聽化來...)話開多1班(以前開多2班),1班入面還會預留比預早收果D特異人士(可能1半),究竟我聽返來果D料堅定流?

I called the school and they said there are three lists. One for interviews, one for plain rejection and one for reserve. Do not know what to do with the reserve list...

I think the receipt no. is purely administrative.  The application no. printed on the application form reflects the no. of application forms sent.

I don't think that merely attending the test will increase the chance.
There were about 100 girls attending the pm session, i.e. athletics.  Most of the girls were not really outstanding at sports, except those few '學界冠軍'.

My daughter didn't attend the test, she's not good at sport so don't want to waste time.

1.末面試收 reserve list letter 機會接近零

2.運動唔係特出就唔好去sport test，達標嘅老師會做記
   錄俾校長參考。

3.上年有機會interview都有300人以上(由老師做 group interview)

4  約有 150 人有 second interview (見校長)
    (有百多人會收reserve letter,但機會亦不大)   

5.最終約有 100人被取錄!(此階段收reserve letter 才是 後補名單!)

以上是去年的情况，今年唔知有冇改動，希望幫到大家!

1. How the group interview was conducted?
2. Did girls wear school uniform or casual wear in interview?

1.英語:學坐輪流讀一篇文章，然後老師引導下討論內容
   然後個別考數學，看題講答案，不准筆算起草。啲數學  有少少奧數feel，有小小推理先唸到答案。
2.一般都係著校服。

I think angel333's information is very helpful.  But can you let us know about the Chinese test? Sb mentioned it's about 成語, is it true?

收風(今年讀F2,當年亦是外校生考入去)話有1篇中文,要用普通話讀喎?
通常1組有幾多人呀?如果係甘形式,好多中學亦如是,好處:考急材/應變能力和基本語文工夫.

I have heard SPCC uses PTH as Chinese test.  But DGS uses 成語. Is it right?

我諗angel1333資料應該準確過我,因為我都係第3手資料,加上那個女孩是F2,都唔知係first interview狀況定 second interview狀況?
SPCC=聖保羅男女中學?佢地網上都有講2種語言interview和要普通話要好,但學費好貴喎?成6-7千1個月,好鬼貴族 ,收左都唔知讀唔讀好?(講吓笑)
