I know mums that put their children in both local and international stream of KCS KG, their main purpose is to brush up their children's English standard by putting them to the International stream at the same time.  I agree this is of great use.  I had thought of this before, but did not proceed as I really want my kid to have a more proper lunch and afternoon sleep at home instead of in school while she is small.

So, if you can afford paying the tution fee in both streams and want your kid to attend full day kindergarten (attending both streams is just like some students attending full day KG) with a well balance of English and Mandarine, KCS local and int'l streams is a very good choice.
