多謝各位回應, 其實緊唔係想"霸"住個位, 但當時未有其它學校收, 咁都要交左費先架, 其實都預左無, 但咁攞得一蚊得一蚊麻

雜費 - need to refund under any circustances as you have not used it even it stated it is non-refundable on the reciept |
