Why can't use bank statement for address proof ?????

the acceptable doc.s are stated in the application form notes.  my guess is that for maintaining a residence, you must have elect, water and gas supply and a fixed tel line.  if you are the owner, you can easily get these since these are "must" utility.  if you are a tenant, the landlord may not want to change the name and thus the stamped tenancy agt is also a proof of the residence.

on the other hand, bank statement is not directly related to residence in the sense that you can still occupy the flat without it.

is it logical?

如果9 月填自行分配申請表用人地地址，報考直資和私校用自已地址 (因為怕小朋友面試時不記得人地地址)。如果直資學校收了就要將小朋友資料報去教統局，會否被教統局發現兩者種途徑所報地址不同，有無人查呢？請指教。

可以填返自己的真電話no. 嗎? 或是要填親戚那個no. ?
因為我驚有什么事打到去親戚到,老人家唔識應對.

Particularly in those famous nets like 41 .

我曾經試過類似的事.

因我報的地址是"吉"屋, 只是間中先去住吓, 我一方面怕萬一打電話去果道, 就可能經常唔會有人接, 另又唔想家中菲佣接電話唔識應對, 所以就填咗奶奶的電話. 點知就真係有教署的人打電話找我. 我奶奶都唔知咁多嘅, 人地問乜, 佢就如實咁回答了問題, 就ok了.

I have two question:
1. If the children is take care with their grandparent, I still need to prove the residental address by changing the name of bills or no need to do that?

2. Is it I need to declare the grandparent address at the beginning of kindergarden or I can change 1 year before "Lucky Draw"?

The Guardian need to carry out all registration, collect result, application etc. because used Guardian name to apply.

If your friend can have enough holiday for such steps because most of steps will be on weekday.

thank you for your reply, 以你咁講, 即是話監護人要親身交表去學校, 在第二輪放榜時又係由監護人去取派位結果, 到註冊時都係監護人一手包辦?

但如果派位結果唔理想, 想去叩門, 咁重需唔需要由監護人申請呀?

My friend said she will agree on changing her residential line for me if I want to use her address.  She lives in Kowloon City.  Now my question is will EMB call that residential no. to check if I am really living in that flat?  Anyone can tell me anything about the risk?  Will my friend gets affected if EMB find out?
Please advise.  URGENT!!!

我幫朋友問- 她想兒子2006年入讀41網的小一, 如果想借地址或搬去41網, 請問要幾時做這動作? 教統局有無任何規定入學者的父母在新地址住多久時間才接受??? 係咪真的會打電話到該地址問?
