Since it is an offence to re-sell the DWE (strictly speaking), I doubt whether there will be anyone response to you.

What's the difference if you re-sell the 2nd hand bed, vcd, etc.

It is stated in the sales contract when you buy the DWE and the buyer has to sign. I don't know whether they can enforce it or not.
