may i assume that you suspect that your kid has soical communication difficulties/ autistic features?

for diagnosis of autistism, difficuties in areas of communication, social skills as well as manifests of stubborn behaviors (or sometimes in forms of special intense interests in some topics) have to be present, to the extent of impairment.  

my son also communicate, if he feels like it.  he ignores people too when he doesn't feel like communicating.

if your child, like others born and raised here, have been receiving follow-up services from maternity clinics, try raising your concern to the nurses next time u pay visit.
