Not sure about this year as more applicants.
But it was OK for last year for late application.  However, you will not be able to join am class.  Only pm class available.

寳血下午校就有位, 在website download form 就可以,
上午校就冇位.
但下午校,放學很晚,好多人唔喜歡,時間唔好用

My son is studying PM class at PBK.  It depends on the sleeping pattern.  He slept late and woke up late.  Thus, PM class suit him.
It may be quite difficult to attend playground as when he departs from school bus, it is alreaady 5:30pm.
However, I still manage to find some playground in the morning around 11:00am that he can attend before going to school.
