Glad to know that you would let your daughter study in this school as I have a daughter and a son with K3 and K1. I have made a great decision to let my daughter in this school...for giving up those girl shcools in Wanchai district ...hope it is good / right for her !

Really happy to know that your daughter will be one of my daughter's girl classmates. Can you please share why you give up other schools and let your daughter to study in RC ?  Thanks.

From my view, RC provide Mandarin teaching on Chinese subjects and Englsih teaching for other subjects, it is the attractive point for my husband and me to choose RC. Of course, I hope my kids would develop a good environment on English and Mandrain learning starting from younger age as they would be only willing to learn Cantonese when they grow up and study in school with Cantonese as its teaching language.

Hope my daughter would catch up the school life since I know that RC is quite focus on discipline and a bit higher on the English level

How about you ... why you choose RC only ?

I agree with your view that English & PTH as medium of teaching is very important. Actually, my husband’s friend whose son was graduated from RC highly recommend this school to us – good discipline, high academic level, good family background as well as locate at Wan Chai school net and have secondary school.

My daughter is a quiet and shy girl, I believe co-education is good for her.

Do u know how many girls in each class ? Hope more girls join this school starting in 2009 so that the proportion of boys and girls to be rather average (that says 30/70 ) and RC will really be a co-ed school then !

Have u arrange any summer courses for your daughter ?

I had previously advised by the staff of RC that 1/3 out of the total no. registered are girls. I think we can be confirmed that how many classes have girls (last year, 2 classes only) after 4 July.

Re summer course, not decided yet as depend on the travel plan in summer. However, just wondering what courses my girl should attend – more academic or more leisure.

Any good idea ? and how about other parents? Please share.

當天是hubby 去交留位費的, staffs 只係比番張 receipt , 乜野都冇講 (當佢佢又冇問....), 咁會唔會係所有人都係7月4日返校辦理手續呢?

我想她們已為我們準備了一份文件, 到校register就會派我們一份相關的資料... 如果要逐一解釋咪要好長時間?! 書包我已經買了呢, 係jusco買了一個spi (細碼)見on sales所以咪買先(其實可能我心急了些少...)

另我會替囝囝join空手道, 上星期六上了一堂(試堂).  他十分喜歡及認真學習, 他是年齡最少的一位學員.  而教練都說估不到還未到6歲呢....

在上星期register後心情都relax了很多, 因為好似校服, 飯盒及書本都ready好了.  請問大家有關學費, 什費等我見bank-in slip是5 Aug, 是否一定在此日才可入數?  因怕到時吾記得tim!

我很想知道何時會知編班的資料? 希望快d知道囝囝會否和大家一班? 另因囝囝校服褲要改短所以遲d要去北角門市取.

其實register當日所見, 有一位女仕站在hall前, 她是否校長? 我見她好nice仲不時望住d小朋友微笑, 囝囝初初都不敢行近, 但她(老師/校長)主動向他說"早晨" 囝囝即刻行近她跟她說"早晨". 此時好開心因"覺得"囝囝會好快適應在RC的小學生活.

The bank-in-slip will be valid till 5 August, so you can pay in now. I have paid in all fees already. After 5 August, RC will presume you will give up the seat.

Yes, the lady (wearing the pink high heels shoes) who stood near the entrance of the hall is Principal Chen.

We can know the class allocation on 22 August.

RC是沒有簡介會之安排, 如想多了解最好當然傱current parents的意見及上RC的website.

另interview不太困難老師好注重家長的教法及小朋友群體的生活表現.  Good lucky! :)

hi ahirunopekk,

傱RC的application form所要求是足歲. 但亦聽到不少細仔被取錄, 所以不要考慮太多盡力以為. 可能您仔仔成功呢, 如果失敗都比仔仔多interview的機會.

我hb時常同我講result是重要不過過程給小朋友的成長更重要.... 雖然我不太明白但我知他只是想安慰我不要太緊張是了.
