My husband's cousins are study in Kln Tong Primary.  Their results are terrible and such as band 3 students.  One is no interest on study and other is not smart enough.

Are your husband's cousins studying in Kowloon Tong Government School or Kowloon Tong School (Primary Section)?  They are completely different.

KTS got a lot of homeworks as my friend's son needs to finish the homework until 11 0'clock and he was graduated in St. Catherine's . Besides the English, Chinese and Mathematics study a year in advance.

The one I am talking is Kowloon Tong Primary School (private one) not 九龍塘官立小學.  Every school has good and poor acadamic students.  It depends on the ratio.  This is no guarantee.

your friend's son take so long to finish?  Has he got
many after school activities?

Yes, homeworks are not much everyday and they can be finished within one hour normally. There still time left to
read book or play at night.
