RC good or not?

I almost read all of the comments about RC in this forum but still cannot made a conclusion whether RC is a good school or not.

Some said it is good because children are studing happily there and the teacher are very caring about the children.

Some said it is not good because most of the children speak cantonese during recess and doubt about the english standard of the school.

Can any RC parents help me to answer my queries? Many thanks

1.Students are happy in school because of less academic pressure, but can they learn what they have to be learn?

2. Most the the students in IS have good reading habit how about students in RC?

3. I have visited RC campus one time also, from what I saw, students (I think is secondary students) seperate into server groups, cantonese speaking students group together and the other group together. I also worried the standard of english in RC.

4. How about academic level in RC?

Sorry for such lot of questions, I even check with the other website but still cannot get the answers. Hope parents in RC can help it for me.
