I try tutortime & Yew chung and they are both good. My bb always love school

Personally I prefer Yew Chung's ITLP.  

in short:
Yew Chung -
- 3 "experienced" teachers (2 Cantonese + 1 English) during the whole 3 hours session.
- more real life toys & cozy environment.
- emphasis in developing "self helping" skills for kids.

Tutortime -
-  1 "very young" teacher + either 1 (English/Mandarin) teacher
- Very colourful toys & furniture at "WOW" campus
- a very international school feeling.

You can also try Kingston International kindergarten. My son is studying nursery at that school. I choose that school because of the language environment (English and Mandarin) and the low teacher-student ratio. My son enjoys and learns a lot
