仔仔鐵定9月入宣小, 他現在讀宣幼, 我們現在是恆常返塘宣崇拜, 已前也有返家長班, 他是教會主辦的, 不是宣小辦的。

Send return envelope with stamp to APS, they will send you the application form. If I am not wrong, they will start to send out in early October.

I would like to know how to apply for 宣道小學. How to obtain their application forms, etc.? Need to get them in person?
