How much is the mg per capsule of the milk thistle your bought?  My son has been taking 175mg per capsule daily: 1/2 cap in the morning and 1/2 cap in the evening.

i saw only one kind there and it says 200mg (minimum 80%=160ml Silymarin).   Should I start w/ half cap daily or it's safe to take 2 half cap daily

I'm using a different brand of milk thirstle.  Better start with 1/3 or 1/2 cap x 1 time for a few days and slowly up to 1/2 cap x 2 times daily.

Another problem - Justin has recently had very loose poo poo (even falling off along his leg - sorry for too accurate!).  Do you think his dirrahea situation is caused by yeast overgrowth again?  But he is currently taking OLE everyday.  Any advice?

What supplements are your son taking?  I remember your son used to be constipated.  Try to stop or reduce the dosage of OLE to see if the dirrahea is caused by it.  My son takes OLE as yeast killer quite often.  This is also a super herb for treating upper tract infections.

My son is taking the following daily:
- ASD Plex (2 x 5 cap)
- HLC Mindlinx (x 1 cap)
- Yaeyama Chorella extract (1x5ml)
- Eye Q (x 1 tsp)
- OLE (2 x 2.5ml)
- DMG + B12 (2 x 2.5ml)
- Learner's Edge (x 2 cap)

In fact, he is not really have dirrahea in terms of frequency.  Lately he has regular poo poo everyday once only.

Do you mean I shall stop/reduce the amount of OLE?

Justin2002,

Dirrahea helps remove toxin from the body if it happens once in a while.  However, you should stop the OLE for a break after a 10 days treatment if you use it to reduce yeast overgrowth.  

Besides, I found that Culturelle is the best probiotics among other brands.  Normal poo poo everyday when my son's taking this one.

Thanks.  Maybe I take the OLE too long time...

I shall shift to Pro-Bio Gold (which I bought from Little G. sometime ago) after finishing the HLC Mindlinx.  Dr. T suggested to shift from one bottle to another bottle but not too frequently.

By the way, the GSE you mentioned in Little G. I believe is the liquid form.  But how do you feel different after adding into the washing clothes? Do you put into the 'softener' container or the 'detergent' container?

I copied the method suggested by the following link.  GSE can be used in the laundry, it kills fungi and bacteria. Add 10 - 15 drops in final rinse.  In studies comparing its effectiveness to chlorine bleach, isopropyl alcohol, and colloidal silver, GSE has been found to be superior as an antimicrobial.

Must say Dr. Lam's melatonin is really strong.

Sorry to hear that your son woke up again 4:00am early in this morning.  You may give him 1.5 tablets of GNC's melatonin, that is equal to the same dosage of 1.5mg prescribed by Dr. Lam.  Do you want to try something else such as GABA?   It helps calm & relax body and mind. It is also proven to improve sleep, stop insomnia & anxiety.
