其實去睇D食物有冇奶成份都需要很多時間，我帶住兩件馬騮都有D困難，大家可否post D可以比我們的A仔吃的食物相片上來呀！

其實我很久之前都試過貼耳減肥都唔得！不過都試下啦！其實想醫師開D湯水比他們姐！醫師話大仔很心火盛！要煲多D開奶茶再加D羚羊角絲給他飲喎！

sawadeeca, yes it is from big C, it is relatively cheap, about $130 for a bottle with 700ml, we will give a try.
We have recently bought our 16 months old daughter to DCH for an assessment, a doctor and a nurse examined her and determined that our daughter is sufferring from autism spectrum disorder. I asked the doctor for an advice on using folic acid as an treatment and she said that there is no actual contenance but it is no harm on taking it. We decided to have a try for our daughter. I am new to this post and could not read all the messages here within a short period of time. Hence, can you let us know which brand of folic acid shall be adopted as well as the amount of taking as a start, what do we expect to observe from our daughter after taking it and how should we increase the amount?

I know that taking folic acid is not the only way to help an autism kids and we also need something else to assist. I will learn from the experienced mums here while my wife is taking care of my daughter.

For almond oil, you have to buy the sweet almond oil as suggested by 嚴浩 for skin mosturizing.

PRO 6 to PRO 11 應該咩都一樣, 只是外型和面板不同, 買俾老豆, 緊係買部平但功能一樣.

You daughter is so small.  So I would only suggest to start with 1/4 cap daily of the following:-

Keep this amount for 2 weeks to observe the result.  If there is no adverse effect, then you may increase the amount by 1/4 cap every 2 weeks.

The maximum amount is 1-2mg per 1 kg body weight.  Say your daughter is 12kg.  The maximum amount can be 12mg to 24mg.  Different person has different optimal amount.  There is no need to push to attain the maximum if your daughter can reach the best result with any lower amount.

Before you try this 5MTHF, please stop feeding her milk as milk will increase the number of antibodies that block the brain cells from absorbing folic acid.

部搾汁機好吸引，好想買，請問係咪好易清洗架？以前買咗部豆漿機個刀片及入面部份要攞出黎慢慢洗好煩，又怕介到手，又隔唔到渣，飲落口咳到死，放咗好幾年無用佢囉！

好易洗，注清水，拑著個沙冰制將刀就乾淨晒，再揾水沖沖攪掂。工人阿姐投訴，一洗三次。
