你哋check吓佢的HX,第一round係唔得，仲有考second round，未有result,因EC LATE
最近在某ＤTOPIC,又有人話EC唔好，最好Ｄ麻煩家長全部GIVE UP EC，留俾Ｄ好家長，等第日唔使煩，唔該嚴EC淺，新，無足夠師資，無圖書，如果唔LIKE就唔好考唔好報，讀你哋LIKE學校,THANKS

agree五三五四.
ktlauwin是有報讀此校可能未收到result 才說播道不是. 如不喜歡真的不要報留番d位比有興趣家長. 如果學校收咗此家長將來都好煩, 因都好難迎合佢須要.

各位我今早9點幾打去學校問結果，我講仔仔的第一輪面試編號及第二輪編號，但職員回覆都不是我仔的名字，仲問我有沒有記錯？到最後她很細聲說「落敗」。哈哈真攪笑。

致今仍杳無音訊. 我先生星期五曾致電播道,接電話的人不肯回應,堅稱一切以收信為準.

不過至今仍未有信, 相信"凍過冷水"了.

I called to EC and checked....no hope la...
But I still delivered the letter to Principal Lo this morning.....He said "sorry" ....what can I expect him to say....Even one more interview, the result won't be different. :cry:

the best is yet to come.  你仔仔一定搵到一間適合佢o既學校的!  1st round失敗時我朋友同我講過, a school is just a school, 你仔仔有你o地咁好o既爸爸媽媽已經好足夠, 學校只係工具, 加油啊!

I did pass a letter to Principal Lo and let him know that I'll be available anytime once there is vacancy for my son.  Hope he will really consider......
Anyway, have to try hard for other schools now.

I absolutely agree with 桁媽媽. Your child should be proud of himself that he got very good parents. At the moment, try your best to get into the waiting list first, (if you didn't make it in the 2nd round). I believe that there are quite a lot of successful condidates parents got more than 1 DSS on hand in order to choose one that they think it's the best for their kids. A lot of vancacies will come out in a few months. Don't give up if you think EC is your first choice. [quote]

Agreed, many Parents will just paid $400 to keep the seat, like buying insurance. EC should ask for more (suggest 2 months say $2400 for more secure). They are still many famous private and DSS has not yet announce the result. EC is the first one so per experience, there will have more than 30-50% will quit endup. When you meet Mr. Lo, you can ask for last year how many quit before launch in this year.

Per investigation, there are total around 3000-5000 parents will send child to private or DSS, every school has around 1000-1500 applicant, eventually, it will be over supplier. 18 DSS + 44 Private  x@100 >=6000 seats. Now, in average, every parent apply 3 DSS/Private (I applied 8) so ttl is around 12000 virtual applicant. All famous school is now still engaging interview by Principal duing week days. The result will be announced in the end of Dec 2006. It is interest topic to make a thesis.
