To identify each abbreviation is hard but u can do it systematically:
1)check the notice board of the assignment in the YW homepage;
2)identify subject by subject, don't do so fast and don't rush;
3)try to relate each abbreviation with all the books of each subject in front of u, don't get mad if it seems that some books may be lost;
even if the books are lost, writing down to the teacher in the student handbook;
4)lastly, try to remember the abbreviation. U can play a simple game with the kids by following the above steps;and
5)it would be fun if we can all relax a little bit and don't push yourself too hard.

正如HenryHo所講, 攞晒啲功課同埋書出黎, 再對番手冊, 其實就解到碼架啦   

噚日功課 "讀(4)詞(5)個各三次(簽名)" 我都諗咗好一陣先明白, 如果真係唔明, 打電話比我一齊研究吓   

我噚晚都用咗差唔多一個鐘頭先做完成4頁 "精讀", 簡直攞我條命, 讀完題目比佢聽, 再叫佢讀一再次題目, 希望咁樣佢自己會慢慢識, 跟住又要等佢寫, 仲要放大個字比佢睇, 又要解釋比佢聽, 我都做到火到黎埋     

因為仔仔讀嗰間kinder中文真係好簡單, 忽然之間要佢地面對咁深又難的中文, 大人辛苦小朋友又吃力, 大家真係要忍耐兼努力

No need to ask anyone just come on Thursday at 11:30am, because usually will have some Lunch mama absent you can replace them. And when you arrive school office put your name, your son's name & class on the reporting duty paper. Just like Friday only 8 person attend at least 5-6 mama absent. And we can eat lunch together after duty in school canteen.

I put my signatures same as you idea, hope that is correct decision.

我想是因為要讀給父母聽，所以要簽名。
讀(4)詞(5)個各三次是讀第四課共5個詞語每個讀三次吧。

I also joined the Chinese painting on saturday, 親子那個，不然他不肯，我說我想參加，問他可不可以陪我。 I got to do something to make him more out-going and more willing to try new things.

又說個有趣的事給大家聽…
我星期五晚帶了小兒去看牙醫，一如以往，他又問程序、又問那些牙醫用具是怎樣的，問得好詳細。在等候時，還不停地說他好擔心。牙醫見他擔心的樣子，就教他玩了所有的牙醫用具，連椅子也給他按來按去，玩了足足十五分鐘。結果，回家後，他好興奮的說給他爸爸哥哥聽那個用具是如何吸水，另一個用具又如何噴水，簡直像去完迪士尼一樣。那個牙醫好有耐性，又溫柔，下次再看牙醫時應該不怕了吧。

Wish that our effort put to their homework now build a good foundation to them and months later they can manage all by themselves.  I have asked my son to notice what is the homework given every lesson few days ago.  I asked him what is the homework given today instead of finding out the code on the manual now, because the teacher should show them which books they should write on as homework.

Very good! We can finally do something with our friends on sat.
Yesterday I played badminton with my son the first time.  He could hit the ball to whatever direction only occationally, but he proudly taught me what is "high ball" and "low ball", and he like the most "good ball"!
That kind of show the dentist played is from the ball "The first time to visit a dentist" for kindergarten kids.  I read the book with my son and told my friend (a dentist) remember to play with him like that the first time, so he don't afraid of dentist.

我大仔也沒有。
還沒正式通知各家長。由於有些家長擔心10月的測驗的情式、安排等，我想在測驗前吧，30Sep-2Oct應該都是好日子，有三天假期嘛。第一次，在學校吧，場地容易安排，時間長短要視乎各家長想有甚麼agenda，1-3小時都可以。

我都贊成在10月測驗前，不過若果在星期六(30/9)，我仔仔會有課外活動上，可能要在晚上才可以，若果在星期日(即1/10)或者星期一(2/10)，兩日都係公眾假期，唔知HoHomama及其他家長會唔會有問題呢？

If the school allow us to park our car inside the school during the story time, my husband is OK to join the story tellling.  If somebody can take care of my younger son, or they don't mind my younger son going with me, I can also serve the story telling.  But I don't know if the office can be flexible to accept all these changes instantly.

I wake up whenever the sun rise.  Sunday is mostly occupied by church functions.  Tomorrow the schecule is much more tight.

When there is special functions, the school allows parents' car to park in. Not sure if require to register beforehand. For the normal morning, there are a lot of school buses inside and outside the school, so not sure.  Anyway, I would ask the teacher on tomorrow.

You are also good at reading people. Your hubby is also make us envy you.  He accomplishes you most of the time, even have tea with these mummies. And most important, he is willing to participate in school function.  In a boys' school, it's really necessary to have more fathers to participate in the school functions, rather than always mummies.  

要我們的孩子敢於參與各種事物(這可是將來大部份"人材"需要的素質），他們的爸爸的身教十分重要。

學校有好多親子活動、比賽，要好好鼓勵你們的另一半熱烈參於。
