Dear all:
又開始為亞仔升中選校頭痛了. 原本諗住同亞仔報讀一间非派位直資打底, 如果派位唔好都有後着, 点知開完家長會先知原來直資收咗你而你又接受就無得參加統一派位. 家長會上問過老師, 亞仔暫屬band2頭band1尾學生(六上呈分試全級50/126全班第5/32) 應可博band1學校(因人口减少, band1位增多). 但問題就是想報果间直資屬band2學校, 如果收亞仔, 就要放棄抽入band1中學嘅机會; 如果放棄等派位, 萬一博唔到派得差都唔知点算.

名都未報就諗埋咁多野,我是否杞人憂天呢?

直資學校有o的係會收左小六個張學生証架, 有o的就唔會收, 所以要問清楚先好去面試, 唔係收左你真係無得去統一派位, 到時就會可惜.
你住邊區呀? 如果係咁你應該唔好報直資, 留個機會比自己, 又可以博跨區, 因為唔多人敢博.

乜唔係间间直資嘅條款都一樣嫁咩? 咁我真係要問清楚啦.
我住官塘區的, 所以競爭都好大, 而亞仔间學校得1/3 band1位咋, 所以都幾擔心，因官塘區的band1學校唔多.

官塘蒙民偉都幾好架, 好似係Band 1中中. 另外每份名單中都有部份跨區既中學, 有o的仲係band 1來, 你可以考慮下揀個o的.

你咁check緊係無啦, 係要到揀30間中學時, 個份資料度會有架, 宜家唔會有得看, 以前個幾屆都係咁, 因為年年跨區比出來既位都唔同, 同埋係邊區跨區咁.

so ridiculous and cannot believe, how can people plan ahead of the game before one can make up the mind.  That is to match against the academic to the given school.

Anyway, thanks for sharing and HK education system is very unique.
