Lab Accreditation: Once you get your results. Find the 4 digit UKAS code on your results and print the associated document. The one below is for 9863. Boots uses multiple labs. So get the one for YOUR lab.

FAILURES/REJECTED:
- Collinson PCR test (LAMP is okay)
- ExpressTest . co . uk
- TAC at Glasgow airport (their other locations also do NOT provide the direct paperwork- regardless of what they tell you!)

Same as the one my child got from Collinson yesterday.
"Collinson" and "ISO-15189 accredited laboratory" appear in the test report

update: 機場 Collinson LAMP test 成功 check in, 孩子8時到，約20多人已在排隊， counter 開 8:20, 盡可能列印文件，會方便D
