你仔仔都打算Skype interview?
我仔嗰科dec 11-13 interview, 所以可能要下星期先有通知。聽講會同時出rejections

朋友女兒两周前已經收到Oxford面試邀請了，她是申請Biochem的，可能不用考入學試而她又不是英國本土生啦！

剛checked biochem 是dec 4 in. 早阿仔嗰科一星期，希望阿仔嗰科都俾長啲通知期啦。

我響HKU open day 有聽到呢個scheme, 但其實同自己先讀住HKU (or any other U) year 1 再報Cambridge 無分別！ 時間都係total 5 yrs (只係1+4 同 2+3 嘅分別), 學費for 3 yrs Cambridge 都係要自己俾international fee, HKU 唔會資助，報名過程又好似無乜幫助，除咗有tutor 響香港interview (不過應該飛過英國in 會機會大啲），所以我覺得唔吸引。

DSE MATHS+M1/2+phy 根本應付不到 cambridge 筆試的題目

所以起hku 讀一年, 只是追返alevel 野, 多少少

year 1 hku 工程, 多大陸人, share hku 考試卷, gpa 多數高過港人

大陸人拿晒機會cambridge 面試, 最後港人要咁樣去入cambridge

機會極微

hku 賣下廣告, 吸引香港學生留港

英基平均2年一個人入cambridge 工程/電腦工程

所以cambridge 頂多俾3,2個位, 什至1個hku
香港人最平去博, 讀英基去博
香港人一般 英文水平, 無法應付 cambridge 面試

你gpa 高都無用,  過不到面試英文那關

Thanks for the info.   For some die-hard Oxbridge friends，does it imply doubling their chance in applying Oxbridge in a same academic year -  I mean applying Oxford thru UCAS and applying above program thru non-Judas.  Besides,  is it an unconditional 5-years Master program once successfully admitted?

我同意hehehaha 的見解，我都覺得Cambridge 係咁意俾啲好似著數HKU,HKU 攞嚟做吓噱頭，好似叻過HKUST 咁囉，但問多啲諗真啲其實無咩謂。

我仔最後無報到HKU main round or HKUST early round 呀。 諗住等哂UCAS 啲offers/rejections 先再決定洗唔洗報香港啲unis.

英國讀書是好好但出路窄，２個朋友孩子土生土長是英國第一位大學畢業，揾不到工，要去中國工作....本地大學offers俾10000,讀—年42000,外國—年學費＋住估250000,本地offers费相比較九牛一毛

想請問邊間大學和邊科? 因我個仔明年都打算去英國讀大學(已有4間conditional offer,仲等埋最後一間),之後想留在英國揾嘢做。

詳細冇問，但可去自由講塲的高學歷無助脫貧1.7萬在職窮人具大學學位post考參吓
