Hi!各位：

每日一篇又有家長回覆呀！

I was told by Miss. Yeung that our school did not take part in the scheme, as the Chinese textbook was changed to "Kai Sze", and the publication company stated that there will be a on-line exercise (similar with 每日一篇). However if you want to take part in 每日一篇, you can join the scheme by yourself.
The similar occassion was "English-pal", our school had introduced a on-line reading-tour, so we did not take part in the "English-pal" this year.

My son is going to have Eng dict tommorrow.   The words are quite difficult for him this time: "frisbee", "tennis racquet",   "rollerblades",  "straight",  "cricket", etc.  He even doesn't know how to pronounce.  It's really a big challenge to him.

Don't worry, I think there was a CD for the Pop-up student textbook and you would found the pronounce in the CD. You can also use the dictionary function of "Yahoo" or other web-site to check the pronounce. (If you could not found the CD, I can share mine with you). Trust your kid and I sure that they will do it great!

評估遊戲的時間表無評估普通話，幾時評估？
另外，平時的默書計唔計分，還是只係睇評估遊戲當日的表現呢？

印第安公主,
我之前聽朋友講,評估只有中英數,每學期尾考試才每科都考,普通話應上學期尾考。

代朋友問,有冇人知道2年級常識評估,有否供詞填充?抑或要自己背寫生字?
