Notice #06-073 Reading Tour Online

Anyone know how to finsih this online reading book report? What is the website for it?...

".....Last year all GT College students participated in the Reading Tour online reading programme. It is a good way to encourage students to read at home. We have carried out an extensive review of their performance and have concluded that a system of bench marking needs to be introduced in order to motivate students and to get the best out of the system.

Therefore, from the start of October, a programme of continuous assessment will begin. We are asking students to read three books before the end of Oct 2006. Students will be required to complete a book report, a Q & A and a five-word glossary for each book. Teachers will monitor students’ progress to ensure that tasks are being completed to a satisfactory level. The marks that the children receive will form part of their test results for the first Term Test. (See appendix A for more details)....."

手册行事曆寫評估遊戲係26-27/10 & 31/10 3日,點解通告寫25-27/10這3日?
通告又話24-27/10會放12:00,但24 & 25我地有訂飯餐,31/10就無訂飯餐。
如果照通告24 & 25/10放早,咁訂咗飯餐點算?而31/10無訂飯,咪無飯食

According to the handbook, the test should be held on Oct 26,27 and 31.....

which is correct?

昨天已向李老師查詢，呢次的評估遊戲的日期已改為10月25日至27日。至於午膳安排，校方會再為小朋友安排。

interview for kids are : playing football, some group playing games, drawing, writing of chinese and English words, other simple questions about the cards shown by teachers.....told by my son...I don't know how accurate it was.....for Parent interview, just asking U why choosing GT, how is the daily life with the kids....I think almost all the school have similar questions..........

noy dictation. just copy the words.....He can't tell any more...........U know it is always hard to recall his memory....

For my son, he cannot stop for doing exe or playing. I wish he can study higher level and jump up the level.  Will the school scan or take an exam on him?
I want the school which can train him one by one and find out his potential.
Now, he got good sence on swimming, gym, singing, playing piano & violin, speak flu eng. and talkactive.  He got a lot of idea on science and his thinking is so fast and give you a thinkable questions.
If GT have a lot of professior, I hope to join your school. Also his spelling and unseen dict is so good. Got good writing , mental and memories.
Do you think GT is suitable for him?

That means the they just test the reaction of kids and know what they are thinking and how much knowledges and skills they have. Are they talkactive and have special idea/opions on objects.

GT is not tranditional but accepts smart boys or girls to find out their potential. Small group training is one of my target. Dict is one of a game of memories. There are a lot of methods to train the brain. Projects are the best for kids. They will enjoy the process of the works. The result is better than tranditional pratice, right? Do you agree?
