2) where is it? is it the greens near the swimming pool of the hotel?
3) adrian's class has at least 3 students absent today. our teacher said one of the students who got swine flu was mis-diagnosed as common flu by the flu clinic!!! it was discovered after 10 days. luckily, the student recovered by himself w/o taking tamiflu. amazing!

oh!! it's too bad that i cant check msg during office hour now as my boss sit behind me.....haha
it is so open in the new office, everybody can see my PC....:(

my maid told me, Wungtung just kept silient when i went out yesterday. she just slept in the sofa and walked back to her bedroom, and said "mami angry, so i am angry..etc". so, she was waiting my call but just didnt want to talk with me at that moment. as my maid said she is better after i called her.....唉! 真喺唔知用咩方法對佢好.......

Wingtung is still ok to do her homework, even she did not do very well (sometimes) and need to remind by others. same as K1, she seldom to tell me about her school life....:(

BTW, i will be late this Sunday, as Wingtung need to attend the 跆拳道升級試 (not sure she can or not, just let her try and dont be shy infrontof other)....

i am a naughty mami once a week only..hehe i will video his words and will show him this when he started hanging out with his friends.

yes..the big greens at the waterfront...further up from the pool.  

i am so scared if they will close the school...on the other hand..afraid the flu. gets to our kids.

Anson just told me she will have a dictation on English tmr. Is that means they starts dictation this week?

Besides, Anson becomes the team leader for October. Seems they will assign new leader every month. Let's check with your kids.

today, adrian came home with a piece of paper:
1. D
2. E
3. A
etc...
altogether 5 items. and there is a chop next to it. not too sure if it's dictation or revision cos' our class teacher said english dictation is on every Tues. today, it's supposed to be mental test.

Yes, same as Wing Tung, she has a piece of paper with A, B .....P. I asked her whether she has 默書 before. She said she finished already ....????
PS. Last night she slept at 7 without finished homework. She just took 30 mins to finish 3 homework and practise piano with herself today morning. So, 只要佢地肯做, 真喺好易.

I also found a piece of small paper with some alphabets written. I asked him if it's dictation. He said No and is just revision. How do you deal with it? I just leave it in the folder. Really don't know the purpose of putting it in the folder 'cos there is no chop on the small paper.

Wingtung is so great that she can finish the homework that fast!

Preston has never come home with any paper.  I checked with him many times until today he said he did dictations, with English, Chinese and Mental.  He said he got 100 for all papers..wonder if it is true.

Tonight, he suddenly took a blank paper then starting writing A-Z and 1-30..he said it is for revision.

i asked our teacher today. she said the paper is pre-dictation: like warming up the kids. she said in the future, the dictation will have a score. For e.g.: 5/5 and plus a chop. if the hand-writing is not good, there won't be a chop. she said since they're now in K2, the handwriting counts (stick to the blue line and not writing beyond the blue line).

wing tung is super-girl! i guess kids could do their HW real fast if they just focus! adrian is doing his HW while is complaining 'so boring', '好悶'.  i asked him, 'what do you mean by boring?' he replied,'好悶'...

i guess teachers are asking them to practise at home to prepare for the dictations. It's good that Preston is 上心. did Preston hand in his revision work?

Preston is a good boy! Anson only take me the English card and ask me to read it loud with her together, that's all. She said it is to prepare the dictation for the next day.

Btw, I don't find any small paper from Anson's school bag with written letters.

Wow, that will be an exciting Friday....I am afraid my eyes are burned when seeing her result coz she always reverse the left-right direction on letter "S", "J" and numbers "9", "3" and "5".

Prestonmon,

I just see your post left in K2K that you have the same experience on attending Tom Lee class with the Preston.

Harris has joined the class since August this year.  Every lesson, kids need to go out to sing together with the teacher.  Actually, I didn't know if Harris sang or not because all kids wore the mask and I couldn't hear his voice.  I just saw him keep touching piano and looking around even though the teacher told him not to do so.  Actually, I am angry that he didn't pay attention to the class.

Would you mind to share your experience with me about this class.  Is it good for the kid?
