Perhaps we are aiming at that kind of school instead of traditional one
we want our kids to be happy learning instead of duck-feeding.
we want our time to be spent playing with kids, telling him stories, instead of pushing him on homework (just like what I heard everyday the kids crying next door, beating by his mami on homework) ..... I hate that kind of life .........

我的仔仔已入筲箕湾官小讀小一，在這幾個月，我已發覺仔仔有抵抗學習，我主動找老師講講小朋友的問題，老師的回應我覺得好怪怪的，不停提家課册家長不簽字，但我每天都是有看的，他們(老師)好像是不停找家長的决點，我的目的是找你們(老師)相談是否小朋友發生問題的，是甚去給小朋友教導的，我對他們死心了，因在前我都想仔仔入讀漢華的，現我已决定下學期轉校，希望現讀漢華小學家長多講講自已對學校老師的評價！

I'll also register at Hon Wah although my daughter has been admitted by 2 other DSS.  Any current parents of Hon Wah can share their comments on this school?

i also gave up a private school and choose HonWah without changing my mind. i think my son is more suitable to study in HW.

Have U checked the transportation (school bus) matter (to Hon Wah) ?
By the way, have U made up your mind to HW ?

I live in HK East so don't want my daughter to take long time travel to GT MK

My girl is studying at Hon Wah, all the teachers are very very nice, for some urgent cases, they will call you for discussion and report.  Teachers are young and full of energy.
There are 2 classes in P.1, very small classes.  Because of that, students have plenty of time to communicate with her/his teacher.
English teacher is a native speaker, very gentlemen and willing to having discussion on you child.  He's also willing to give you his e-mail address to all the parents.
Chinese teacher is a very nice young lady, my girl likes her so much.  She talks with her students in putonghua no matter in class or elsewhere.
The important thing is my girl love this school, very very like and never complaint about her teachers or....

You may think about it.  As I know, there are totally 3 transferred from other schools as well.
