應該的!      雖然我對呢件事不是太激憤, 因政府吾公平既野實在太多, 都慣了! (我只是覺得呢個香港就是要有返個$的就必須要養起話自己沒$的, 那我最想的就是做那些生幾件吾洗做去攞萬幾銀綜緩的c9了, 我們何必做得咁辛苦!)

yes, agree.
I think the Government just wants to " label" such private schools, because actually a lot of the " non-profit schools" cannot provide actual " Language trainning"... , then if all kids are under such system, then the china people will run in front of them...
