The teachers and staff are nice & helpful.  Whilst we didn't have such a great gathering before, you may have a word with the staff.  The school has an interview room (near p1 classrooms) which you may borrow for a while.  The size of which should suffice to accommodate you all.  

Another nearby location is New Century Hotel where there are plenty of restaurants.  It is closer than Festival Walk.
