hi MrsLee,
help! my gal haven't brought back the R&W book of english for her homework. she claims that she had asked about it, but, teacher asked her to check it over at home.  we have left the 3 english excersie books in school with teacher.......but, for such case, how could i communicate with her english teacher on this missing book?

Hi, Fanny !

Please check clearly at home as requested by teacher.   If still can't find, it must be lost at class .... may be in school bag or cabinet of classmates.   In such case,  u may drop a note at 手冊, teacher will find it out ga la (She will request students at class check their cabinet and school bag, there will be a sticker to whom can find it out ... hehe)

It is not strange for a P1 kid to loss workbook.

Finally, please teach your gal to always check through her cabinet / schoolbag ... see if anything that is not belonging to her

My daugher brought her classmate's Chinese book to home last week, I teached her brought it back and to apologise with biscuits.

I think their table to close and let them confuse.

she had also told me that the teacher had 'say sorry' about this wor

yes, they sit in a group basic!  it's nice to have a biscuits as for an apology.....is that the cracker with no filling  

does your gal join the friday ECA computer course? my one has enrolled to it. so i have a chance to pick her up on every friday!

我沒有讓女兒參加任何學校課後活動, 待她適應小學生活後, 預算下學期才參加, 我都喜歡電腦及口才培訓班.

現正全力協助她應付第1次默書, 先開始用口串字, 後用寫, 希望順利, 因她從不知何為默書, 測驗及考試!

大家覺唔覺得好多課外活動安排在星期一至五? 但之後又無校車接, 我覺得這樣安排會令到好多小朋友上唔到課外活動 :cry:  , 如果有校車接就好嘞: .

如果你掉轉諗...已慳返一程由學校返家再去興趣班... ..而且學校出地方，價錢好吸引，有品質保證又有同學仔一起學(會增加學習興趣的)。。。想下辦法啦

Dear Mrs Lee,

I am also a P1 parent. I would like to ask for your sharing on how to schedule the time 'coz I find it very rush every night with my girl.

After school, my girl will do the homework before I go home. Usually, she'll miss out some homework and need to complete it when I check her homework after dinner time say 8:15. Then, I'll check handbook and notice and 執書包 with her. After all these routine, it is usually time to bed and leaving no time to study what has been taught in the school (handbook reminds us to study with her ).

Just relax... your girl will tune to suit the school life very soon.   I can say the whole school year of P1 is well for their tuning, so everything not in a hurry !

My girl goes to be bed by 9:15 at P1 and she is OK to wake up at 6:00 am ... while by 9:45 - 10:00 these days

If I were you, I will not spend too much time in checking her homework & pack school bag ; it will be her responsiblity to complete all before you back home.

Teach your girl to check homework by herself by putting a 'tick' at handbook (there is space for such purpose) ... if she can finish the task, you may grand her a sticker !

You may spare half an hour and I believe your girl will happy to play with you or do brief study as requested at handbook.   Note that teacher wish to train them to do study everyday as an habit.

Nevermind if your girl can't complete the task in a week or two ... just keep encourage her to do so    Stay tune and not in a hurry
